Unlike many models, SMARTMOMENTS® utilizes coaches who have mastered the SMARTMOMENTS® model to deliver the system to provide a sophisticated tier approach of self-evaluation for enhancing progress. SMARTMOMENTS® provides a system of learning that is sequential, through the use of the SMARTMOMENTS® 'Coaching Model'. The 'Coaching Model' utilizes One-on-One Coaching with practical prompts to reflect and practice newly learned ways of being in the world, built in and reinforced through the use of CD’s, workbooks, journals, charts for progress analysis, and self-assessment tools designed to be self-paced, Toll-Free Phone Coaching Support, and Website Support with a sophisticated back-office library and virtual meeting capacity.

SMARTMOMENTS® strategies were developed to facilitate an individual's desire to achieve a more fulfilling life. Using the SMARTMOMENTS® Model, coaches guide individuals toward powerful ways to change their lives—empowering individuals to see transformation as possible and facilitate movement toward life affirming goals.

SMARTMOMENTS® utilizes franchising as the turn-key delivery system. Franchising is a modern method of conducting business where the franchisor assigns its partner franchisees the right to the trademark providing a safe and time-tested business management system for a fee. The Federal Trade Commission regulates franchising, and SMARTMOMENTS® has met the rigorous requirements.

SMARTMOMENTS® franchises are reasonably priced and include all manuals, procedures, complete coaching training in SMARTMOMENTS® original and trademarked proprietary model requiring no prior coaching experience. SMARTMOMENTS® franchisees are qualified by life experience and demonstrated potential as a coach. On-going support enables coaches to accrue multiple mastery levels, enhancing their business and demographic territory.

The Founding Team

SMARTMOMENTS® was developed by a team of researchers and educational practitioners. Intrigued by the notion that reality is not static and fixed, but rather is dynamic and responsive, the SMARTMOMENTS® team developed the model based on the idea that reality is shaped by each of us, moment by moment. Although the freedom to shape our individual reality is a birthright it is not automatic; it requires intention, attention and focused direction.
